Until today, we have several hundreds of merchants from small businesses to large enterprises. Our mission is to help these businesses scale efficiently and sustainably. There are a lot of great products out there that cannot scale due to limited operation experience and capacity. Our business goal is to remove these roadblocks and help great products grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and collaborate with key account customers and partners
  • Address issues bordering on delivery of goods/services and resolution of customer/partner complaints
  • Maintain contact with customers in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales, retention and customer base
  • Assist with challenging customer/partner requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Oversee new projects/initiatives and ensure smooth transition with internal team
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external customers/partners to track and provide updates on projects
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer/partner needs and objectives
  • Summarize activities, review performance and track KPI of Account Management team, and propose solutions to identified issues
  • Create documents required in collaboration with external business partners such as price quotations, service agreements, or new projects
  • Recommend and implement process improvement for Account Management team to improve their work efficiency
  • Liaise with internal staff to gather feedback, actively provide suggestions on process improvements, and follow-up with appropriate parties
  • Assist Commercial Director in the planning and organization of periodic meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Commercial Director
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, executive assistant, client services or a related field
  • Experience in client services and project coordination
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • Flexibility to work off-schedule if needed
  • Flexibility with taking on new and different tasks
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations well
  • Growth mind set - keep learning
Nice to Have
  • Deep knowledge of the e-commerce and/or logistics market and up-to-date information about future trends
  • Proficiency in using Google's G-Suite products (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Meet)
  • Experience in managing B2B customers
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
