Until today, we have several hundreds of merchants from small businesses to large enterprises. Our mission is to help these businesses scale efficiently and sustainably. There are a lot of great products out there that cannot scale due to limited operation experience and capacity. Our business goal is to remove these roadblocks and help great products grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Operations Director in overseeing all operations, ensure processes are carried out as planned
  • Provide support to the operations manager in the day to day running of the organization
  • Gather feedback and requirements from operation team, recommend improvements and carry through execution process with cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend solutions to improve performance
  • Coordinate with procurement to obtain necessary equipments and tools to optimize operations
  • Coordinate with human resources to recruit and manage warehouse staffs
  • Create data reports regarding operations in the company - such as error cases, warehouse performance, productivity report, and more - and pass them to management and team for further improvement
  • Gather information from all operational departments and share with cross-functional teams
  • Assist in warehouse modification, expansion and/or construction, including new warehouse launches
  • Coordinate with contractors on warehouse improvement initiatives, including but not limited to construction, infrastructure/CCTV/internet setup, equipment installation, safety management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Director
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce warehouse management or related fields
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related fields
  • Self-motivated and able to manage and execute multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with empathy
  • Ability to handle stressful situations well
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • Flexibility with taking on new and different tasks
  • Excel in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
  • Experience in coordination across departments
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Growth mind set - keep learning
Nice to Have
  • Deep knowledge of the e-commerce and/or logistics market and up-to-date information about future trends
  • Proficiency in using Google’s G-Suite products (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Meet)
  • Experience in managing B2B customers
