Until today, we have several hundreds of merchants from small businesses to large enterprises. Our mission is to help these businesses scale efficiently and sustainably. There are a lot of great products out there that cannot scale due to limited operation experience and capacity. Our business goal is to remove these roadblocks and help great products grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate sales to achieve given monthly target
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and online platform such as marketplaces
  • Evaluate customer needs, understand their pain points, and ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Maintain and grow the revenue of your corporate portfolio
  • Collaborate with other teams, including operations and product, to achieve results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Present weekly reports and to the manager as required
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years as a Corporate Sales Executive or relevant roles
  • Bachelor's Degree with a preference toward those in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields; or equivalent experiences
  • Track record of developing and executing sales strategy, target customer selection, sales processes, account development, sales script and relationship building
  • Thorough understanding of sales process and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passionate in sales
  • Ability to influence and cultivate strong relationships
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate in unknown and develop new initiatives
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and structured approach to work are a must
  • Self-motivated and forward thinking, always asking questions to challenge convention
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
  • B2B sales experience in e-commerce industry
  • Sales track record in a new product/new market environment
  • Sales track record for B2B subscription products or solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the e-commerce market and up-to-date information about future trends
  • Strong knowledge about e-commerce value chain or experience from other companies, from understanding logistics capabilities to optimizing sales in different touch points
  • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers in key markets (e.g. e-commerce sellers, FMCG brands, etc.)
  • Experience with systems like Salesforce, Freshsales and Tableau
  • Ability use data to inform your decisions
  • Prior experience in cold-calling / sales support / inside sales is a plus
