Until today, we have several hundreds of merchants from small businesses to large enterprises. Our mission is to help these businesses scale efficiently and sustainably. There are a lot of great products out there that cannot scale due to limited operation experience and capacity. Our business goal is to remove these roadblocks and help great products grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments for C-Level personnel
  • Track and create incident reports for C-Level
  • Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
  • Translate basic English-Thai documents when needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers and related parties to achieve objectives e.g. office construction
  • Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
  • Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
  • Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
  • Edits documents for accuracy
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
Required Skills & Experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great Interpersonal communication
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Nice to Have
  • Experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role is a plus
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
  • Growth mind set - keep learning
