Until today, we have several hundreds of merchants from small businesses to large enterprises. Our mission is to help these businesses scale efficiently and sustainably. There are a lot of great products out there that cannot scale due to limited operation experience and capacity. Our business goal is to remove these roadblocks and help great products grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate sales to achieve given monthly target
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs
  • Evaluate customer needs, understand their pain points, and ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including operations and product, to achieve results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Present weekly reports to the manager as required
Required Skills & Experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Bachelor's Degree with preference towards those in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields; or equivalent experiences
  • Fast learner, enthusiastic, with willingness to learn
  • Ability to influence and cultivate strong relationships
  • Well-organized and good time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible work hours
  • Service-minded, creative, initiative, proactive, goal-oriented and customer-oriented
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate in unknown and develop new initiatives
  • Self-motivated and forward thinking, always asking questions to challenge convention
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • 1+ years as a Sales Executive or relevant role is a plus
