Until today, we have several hundreds of merchants from small businesses to large enterprises. Our mission is to help these businesses scale efficiently and sustainably. There are a lot of great products out there that cannot scale due to limited operation experience and capacity. Our business goal is to remove these roadblocks and help great products grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner across business units to identify improvement opportunity via analytically driven insights
  • Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for C-level and leadership team
  • Analyze data effectively and make actionable recommendations, utilize tools where necessary
  • Propose and lead cross-functional projects and build consensus with leadership across the organization
  • Assist in the definition of project objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Provide support via hands-on Excel work while leveraging other tools
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Meet with related parties, including customers, to take detailed requirements of each project
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experiences in business-related fields
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, including being effective interacting with management and customers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good judgement and a personable demeanor
  • Hard worker, confident, proactive and a team player
Nice to Have
  • Experience in consulting or e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in the e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, comfortable with ambiguity
